They are looking for someone who has sales or customer service experience, as well as someone who has excellent telephone manner!
Do you have strong communication skills? Are you looking to take the next step in your career and learn more? Do you have good knowledge of using the Microsoft office packages?
This role would also work really well for a candidate who has previously experience within insurance!
Customer Support Advisor Duties:
* Dealing with customers via telephone
* Completing applications on behalf of the customers
* Responding to email queries from customers
* Dealing with customer queries via telephones
* Updating the internal systems with the correct information
