Brief Description: As a Resourcing Business Partner Support, you will split your time between recruiting for a high volume of vacancies from approval to offer and supporting our Early Careers Manager in delivering apprentice, graduate, and work experience routes. You will work with the onboarding team on pre-employment issues and perform administration tasks including updating trackers and creating reports. Your goal is to deliver an excellent candidate and manager experience, meet deadlines and early career targets, and ensure compliance. You will manage shared inboxes and interact with managers and Directors. Data, processes and systems must be maintained with precision and care. You will advise hiring managers on recruitment methods and sourcing, and support business engagement to promote early career initiatives. The role is based in Scotland with travel to various office locations or career events as required.
Reporting into the Head of Resourcing, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to future talent pipelines and shape early careers experiences across Scotland while promoting Network Rail as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities
* Write job adverts and advertise vacancies on internal and external platforms.
* Advise hiring managers on role screening to maintain candidate experience.
* Manage candidate offers, including salary approval and benchmarking, and attach documentation for transparency and compliance.
* Respond to general queries from candidates and hiring managers.
* Coordinate recruitment approval processes prior to advertising roles.
* Coordinate recruitment workshops, recruitment days for high-volume roles, and support early engagement events.
* Maintain vacancies overview (approximately 50 roles at any time).
* Support the Early Careers Manager with engagement and assessment activities.
* Coordinate work experience placements and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
* Engage with schools, colleges and universities to promote early careers opportunities.
* Update trackers and create reports for monthly meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in a recruitment environment with a focus on good candidate experience and fairness.
* Excellent communication skills, including posting on internal and external social media channels.
* Experience meeting deadlines in a high-volume resourcing environment.
* Proven organisational and process management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
* Experience with database and administrative process management for uploading resourcing documents.
Desirable
* Basic knowledge of relevant employment law and the employment marketplace.
