We are currently working closely with a boutique planning consultancy based in central London, who are eager to welcome a talented Graduate Town Planner to their team. You would have the opportunity to accelerate your progression alongside a collaborative, dynamic and social team.
Our client manages an eclectic mix of projects, from bespoke ultra prime residential projects to major schemes in the residential, commercial and retail sector across London and the South of England.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.
* Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
* Preparing planning applications and documents.
* Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
* Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 12 months professional town planning experience
* Member of RTPI of working towards your APC.
* Enthusiasm for urban planning and a strong desire to learn and grow.
* Excellent research and analytical skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
