Overview
Hospitality Staff are invited to join the team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2025/26 Football Season. Roles include Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters in the stadium hospitality areas on matchdays and non-matchdays. Role Responsibilities
* Oversee kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance
* Conduct briefings, delegate tasks, and monitor performance
* Ensure all BOH areas are event-ready and cleared post-service
* Reinforce uniform, hygiene, and conduct standards
* Managing the pass during service
* Serve as key point of contact between the FOH team and chefs
* Ensure full compliance with food safety standards i.e. COSHH
The Ideal Candidate
* Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills
* Friendly yet professional, with good attention to detail and punctuality
* Proactive and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Experience within hospitality at management level
* Experience managing large teams or high-volume service environments
* Organised team player who remains calm under pressure and is highly reliable
Package & Benefits
* £13.50 - £15 per hour
* Flexible working
* Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) with evening & weekend shifts
