1. Lead the structured delivery of assigned digital and business change projects to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements across multiple concurrent initiatives.
3. Identify, assess, and manage project-level risks, issues, and interdependencies, escalating material concerns through appropriate governance channels.
