Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed site assessments, recording and reporting on the condition of built-in fire protection measures in both new and existing properties.
* Ensure all inspections comply with the latest Building Regulations, standards, and relevant technical literature.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the passive fire protection or a complementary industry, with a background in technical services, inspection, supervision, management, or extensive installation is preferred.
* Comprehensive knowledge of current fire protection legislation and a wide range of products, including fire stopping, fire barriers, fire doors, fire dampers, and structural steel protection or a willingness to upskill in this field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel across the UK (including overnight stays).
* Professional, ethical, and able to work independently.
* Willingness to work towards relevant professional qualifications and continued development.
* Full UK driving license.
* CSCS card holder.
