Systems Support Engineer
We’re looking for a System Support Engineer with strong Microsoft skills who wants to transition into a C# Development position.
If you’re solid with Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows environments — and you have either programming, networking, or database experience — this is your opportunity to grow into a mixed development and support role with structured training and real project exposure.
We need someone who already has:
* Strong experience with Active Directory (support, troubleshooting)
* Solid knowledge of Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration
* Excellent understanding of Windows Server & Desktop environments
* Experience in at least one of the following:
o Programming (C#, ASP WinForms)
o Networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, VLANs)
o Database systems (SQL Server or similar)
You’re analytical, proactive, and enjoy solving technical problems — but you're ready for more than day-to-day support.
This role starts within systems support while progressively transitioning you into a C#/.NET Development function.
You will:
* Support and enhance internal infrastructure systems
* Learn and develop in C# and .NET
* Contribute to internal application development projects
* Help design tools that improve automation and efficiency
* Deliver technical training and documentation
* Participate in structured development mentoring
