Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? This role provides an opportunity to make a daily difference in a child’s life.
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join fantastic schools in Milton Keynes. You will work closely with pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
Your Role
As a SEN LSA, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
* Assist in delivering engaging, differentiated learning activities
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement EHCPs
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Whether you are an experienced LSA or a graduate looking to build a career in education, this role offers a rewarding pathway into SEN support.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in SEN or a genuine passion to learn
* Patience, empathy, and adaptability
* Ability to build rapport with students and staff
* DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
