Looking to recruit a skilled Painter Decorator to join a leading maintenance contractor in Reading
Offering up to GBP37,000 + company van and fuel card and benefits
* Undertake a variety of tasks to include, glossing, emulsion, papering, filling, applying mould treatments and remedial tiling or plaster if needed
* Carry out effective treatment and remediation work, including cleaning, sealing, and repairing affected areas.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence is a must as company van is provided
* Well organised, with good Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge
* Previous experience working in Domestic properties, ideally in a social housing environment
