Key Responsibilities

* Managing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
* Catching up with direct reports and the store team, delivering news and updates, and ensuring everything is OK.
* Supporting staff in a busy shop floor, booking customers for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom projects.
* Providing assistance with the design system and customer projects.
* Ensuring legal and safety compliance and empowering the team to deliver effective stock management routines.
* Providing trade customers with a great experience and expert advice on product selection.
* Leading and developing the store team and driving customer satisfaction.
