Nike Bicester is seeking a Floor Manager (Coach) to work full time (40 hours) and deliver world‑class service to our customers.
What you bring
As a Coach, you will deliver exceptional consumer service and ensure a premium brand experience. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate staff, maintain a positive work environment, and support daily operations to meet sales targets across digital services, visual merchandising, the sales floor, and promotional campaigns.
You will identify and solve problems in partnership with store leadership and serve as a brand ambassador for NIKE programs, ensuring compliance with all NIKE standards.
Responsibilities
Commercial
* Lead a team that efficiently receives product and maintains inventory accuracy to visual presentation standards.
* Ensure the smooth process of all inventories so the sales floor is always full, presentable, and meets brand standards.
* Work with department leads who oversee individual components (product receiving and visual presentation) while you manage the overall product journey in store.
* Manage monthly initiative launches.
* Use reporting tools to make informed commercial decisions.
* Maintain accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.
Athlete Experience
* Equip the team to deliver the highest quality athlete experience.
* Lead team engagement on NIKE Community Ambassador activities.
* Partner with senior store leadership to oversee hiring processes, including onboarding.
* Manage store scheduling.
* Collaborate with the store team to implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture.
Consumer Experience
* Lead by example to deliver outstanding sales floor service and create an engaging consumer journey.
* Ensure the team is equipped with brand knowledge for all consumer service aspects, including digital service enablers.
* Complete required training and share completion with athlete services.
* Use data and analytics to provide insights and partner with senior store leadership for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
* Advanced experience in retail and people management, with proven ability to lead a shop floor (or department) that creates a unique customer experience.
* Track record of impacting business results and critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.
* Ability to identify training needs, conduct in‑person learning activities, and track cohort progress.
* Proven conflict resolution and employee coaching skills using appropriate tools.
Availability
* Flexible scheduling and willing to work full‑time retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
