A leading Contractor is in need of an Office Manager to oversee operations of a busy office. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple administrative, HR, financial, and communication tasks seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare quotes & Invoices
* Manage HR functions, recruitment, induction, performance & staff development
* Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, systems, and workflows
* Supervise administration staff
* Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing
* Arrange team meetings and coordinate office events
* Marketing tasks, advertising and assisting with the company website
* Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures
* Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external partners
* Organise documents & filing systems and company documents

Experience & Skills
* Proven experience in an office management or administrative role ideally within Construction/Building
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
* Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
* HR experience/ Knowledge would be an advantage
* Good Communication skills
* Experience supervising staff or managing small teams
* Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven
