The Role
Candex is hiring a RVP, Customer Success responsible for launching new clients and developing relationships that promote retention, loyalty and growth. You will cover worldwide customers, thrive in a high‑growth startup environment and have a strong understanding of procurement customers.
You will work closely with customers to ensure high satisfaction, identify growth opportunities and support issue resolution. Responsible for full account management including strategic positioning, product promotion and driving adoption of Candex within the customer organization. In addition, you will provide technical support to customers to increase product satisfaction and give feedback to the Product Development team.
Help develop this business; bring new infrastructure and ideas to improve our ways of working and delivery. We are hiring future leaders of our organization as we scale.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and drive launch of new clients including executive account management and strategic positioning
* Build and demonstrate the value proposition and coordinate technical training and communications plans
* Identify key client contacts, build a network, connect with SMEs, users and drive adoption
* Oversee and address any client or supplier support or technical issues
* Perform data analytics and watch KPIs to drive Candex usage and revenue growth
* Conduct business reviews with clients, including executive sponsors
* Provide projections per client and measure progress against them
* Identify and execute on new business and client expansion opportunities
* Identify product enhancements, improvements or expansions to meet customer needs and add value
* Create policies and procedures to optimize customer experience
* Develop infrastructure and ways of working to support scaling the business
* Support sales as needed
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in procurement, procurement operations or procurement transformation
* Experience working with large Fortune 500 companies
* Excellent interpersonal leadership and influencing skills
* Highly organized and an excellent communicator, both oral and written
* Capable of influencing clients to do more while building trust
* Self‑motivated and self‑directed, seeking new contacts and innovative approaches to grow Candex’ business
* Fluency in Italian is an advantage
Core Skills
* Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, IT, Purchasing or Finance
* Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of customer service practices
* Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
* Knowledge or experience with purchasing systems and processes (Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Taulia, etc.)
* Knowledge or experience with accounts payable and payment processes & software
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
