Responsibilities in your new role as Operations Manager

You will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring that all departments run seamlessly and adhere to company standards and policies. Your role will involve implementing and maintaining top-notch quality control measures and guest satisfaction levels, swiftly addressing any issues or feedback that arise. You’ll lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of department heads across Food & Beverage, Functions, Housekeeping, and Leisure.

Additionally, you will create and manage staff rotas to maintain optimal staffing levels while monitoring and analysing financial performance to meet and exceed our profitability goals across various revenue streams, including dining, accommodations, events, and services.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for an individual with proven experience as an Operations Manager or a similar senior management role, ideally within a 4-star hotel or large-scale hospitality setting. You should possess strong leadership and people management skills to inspire and grow a high-performing team. Excellent commercial acumen and a deep understanding of hotel financial operations are essential.

If you have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
