Responsibilities
You will be a Shop Manager leading our team in the Exmouth shop, working in a creative environment with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution. You will manage an Assistant Shop Manager along with a team of diverse volunteers, with strong people skills to create a welcoming experience for staff, volunteers and supporters. You will work to raise funds to support frontline work and engage with the local community.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Retail/Management experience
* Strong communication skills inside and outside the shop
* Ability to work across weekends and weekdays as required
* Driven and focused on achieving financial targets and fundraising outcomes
