About our Clients
Our clients large and very busy Nursery in Ascot are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join the team. The role is to work alongside the management team, great opportunity for an experienced Third in Charge to take the next steps. Hours are 40 per week with salary c£32k and a £1000 welcome bonus, together with great benefits including 60% of Childcare costs.

Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role
* A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
* A minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
* Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
* Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting

* Passionate about early years education and children’s development within a nursery setting
* Confident leader, able to motivate and support staff and contribute to the management team
* Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards across the setting
