Research Director (12 -month Maternity Cover)

Harnham have partnered with an audience-specialist research & marketing agency that specialize within youth & family research.
You will:
* Lead the research function, managing a talented team
* Oversee mixed-method projects (quantitative and qualitative)
* Design and deliver surveys, interviews, focus groups, and online communities
* Translate data into actionable brand and marketing strategies
* Engage directly with senior clients across global brands
* Ensure research outputs are impactful, accurate, and commercially valuable
