We are looking for a driven, curious, and ambitious Junior Solutions Consultant to join our growing UK team. This is your opportunity to launch a career in the technology industry, working alongside talented colleagues and contributing to meaningful projects that make a real difference for our customers.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Account Managers on key accounts, identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell across the Zoho suite.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Account Managers, Marketing, Product teams in meeting existing business revenue targets.
* Apply a consultative approach to customer meetings and align Zoho Products to customer needs.
* Drive adoption of Zoho Products through Demos, POCs and innovative solutions.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
* Work closely with product teams to find solutions as well as to stay informed about the latest product developments and feature updates.
* Respond to RFIs/RFPs by collaborating with internal teams.
* Stay updated on emerging technology trends and build in-depth expertise in Zoho and other third-party products.

Requirements:

* 1-5 years of pre-sales or consulting experience with IT/SaaS products, such as CRM
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to operate within a Hybrid model and willingness to travel for client meetings.
* Ability to build internal relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams globally, as well as nurture external relationships with clients.
* Coding experience is an added advantage.
* Embrace a "Why over How" approach and Empathy while addressing customer pain points
