We are on the lookout for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join our IT team who are the backbone of our operation, ensuring seamless operations through top-notch technical support. Are you an IT problem solver we are looking for? The Role: As a 1st Line Support Analyst you will be at the front of our IT support, handling a variety of responsibilities to ensure the seamless operation of our systems. This includes providing assistance our head office and our 89 branches across the UK addressing their 1st Line IT issues through our ticket portal and support line. Responsibilities: Installing, upgrading and troubleshooting software and hardware on our network devices Collaborating on larger IT projects beyond routine support, including essential tasks like account management and PC maintenance Handle password resets, account unlocks and user access control ensuring data security Provide technical assistance and support to end-users via phone and email Determining if issues raised can be resolved at the 1st Line level or need to be escalated to higher support tiers.
