Hours: 7.25 hours per week
Preferred days: Tuesday or Friday mornings (flexible for the right candidate)
Pay rate: £12.60 per hour

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and understanding Personal Assistant to support a young lady with Autism, ADHD, OCD, and non-epileptic seizures/absences.
She is a bright, friendly individual who loves animals — especially her two dogs — and enjoys getting out into the community. The role involves providing gentle, practical support to help her maintain her independence and confidence in daily life.
Main responsibilities
* Supporting with community access (e.g., going out, attending appointments, social activities)
* Assisting with shopping and everyday tasks
* Encouraging and enabling independent living skills
* Providing reassurance and calm support during non-epileptic absences
* Offering companionship
About you
* Kind, patient, and reliable
* Understanding and respectful of neurodiversity
* Comfortable around dogs (as there are two friendly dogs at home)
* Experience supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, OCD, or similar needs is desirable, but training can be provided for the right person
