This is a hands-on position within a student accommodation team, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
What you'll do:
1. Reactive maintenance in occupied rooms
2. Unblocking drains/toilets
3. Regular PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) checks
4. Lightbulb replacements
5. Shower head descaling
6. Bin store and grounds up keep
7. Prompt issue reporting and proactive standards upkeep
