Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with complex needs in a mainstream primary setting Assist with personal care as part of the child's daily routine Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs Promote independence, confidence and social skills Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO Maintain a patient, empathetic and resilient approach at all times The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Experience providing personal care in a school or similar setting Confidence working 1:1 in a classroom environment Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude A patient, caring and proactive mindset An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) Benefits: Competitive daily rate of £105 Full-time, long-term role starting September 2025 Supportive school with excellent facilities and inclusive ethos Opportunity to make a real difference in a child's educational journey
