We are seeking a friendly and organised Quality and Compliance Lead to join our team at a 30-bedded home specializing in acute mental illness. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
What You’ll be Doing
* To undertake a schedule of inspections as directed by the Head of Quality and Compliance
* To support Managers and staff to understand quality management and implement changes to policy and practices across the services to reflect improvements.
* To undertake compliance audits and inspections across the services and ensure actions are taken to mitigate for risks and make necessary improvements.
* To co-ordinate learning and development activities for Managers with regards to regulatory compliance.
