Responsibilities
To lead the day to day management.
Activity planning.
Staff supervision.
Driving responsibility.
To liaise with parents to encourage parental involvement and support of the Out of School Club.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
NVQ level 3 in Childcare/Playwork or equivalent (HSCT require level 5 enrolment).
Excellent communication skills.
Experience of working with children age 3-11.
Good organisational skills.
Clean licence.
Desirable Skills
Level 5 childcare qualification or higher.
Relevant supervisory/management experience.
First Aid qualification.
Food Hygiene Qualification.
Experience of administration systems.
Competent in using computer systems.
Safeguarding Course.
Experience in forest school or level 3 Forest school leader.
