Role: Site Manager - Social Housing
Location: Stoke
Salary: up to £48k plus package and car allowance

The Role
Linsco is working with a reputable and established company seeking an experienced Site Manager with expertise in Social Housing refurbishment schemes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a rolling programme of works.
2. Coordinate and manage work assigned to trade operatives and subcontractors.
3. Assist in planning and scheduling installations and repairs.
4. Monitor and update progress and key milestones using management information software.
5. Ensure all work is completed safely, to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
6. Conduct toolbox talks.
7. Visit sites as necessary, managing customer issues and trade operative/contractor performance.
8. Maintain strong communication with residents and key stakeholders.
9. Liaise with clients and attend contract performance meetings.
10. Have a detailed understanding of specifications and drawings.
11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities.
12. Maintain high health and safety standards and consider environmental impacts.
