The role is to be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, supporting a wide range of business activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Answering calls promptly
* Routing calls and taking messages
* Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries
* Ordering stationery
* Assisting with travel and site visits
* Meeting room coordination
The Successful Applicant
* Strong IT skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Good relationship-building skills with internal and external contacts
* Confidence in dealing with visitors and all management levels face-to-face
* Calm demeanor and welcoming attitude
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
