About this role
In the UK and Ireland, we work with over 40,000 restaurant partners that rely on our delivery network to deliver their food. To achieve this, we work with 10,000s of independent couriers in the UK that deliver orders every day to Just Eat customers.
The UK and Ireland Delivery Partner Operations Associate will support the Lead Partner Operations Manager to execute a flawless commercial support and engagement strategy. Continuously seeking to optimise planning, onboarding, and delivery processes.
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Lead Partner Operations Manager
These are some of the key components to the position:
* Become the go to person for commercial teams for any logistics query
* Continuously improve and maintain central self serve data sources (Delivery Knowledge Base, Tableau Self Serve Dashboards, Engagement Reporting)
* Continuously improve and optimise wider Partner Operations processes in collaboration with key stakeholders
* Excellent presentation skills, you’ll be representing logistics with some of our strategic partners
* Support coordination and improvement of key Partner Operations initiatives such as Courier Experience, Escalations Management and Logistics upskilling
What will you bring to the table?
* Experience in operations or logistics roles, preferably in fast paced environments
* Proficiency in data analysis (Salesforce, Tableau, Google workspace would be a plus not essential, SQL)
* Multi-task across work-streams, and seek input on prioritisation when needed
* Positively influence key internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives, creating win-win outcomes
* Maintain quality and productivity, working with a high attention to detail
* Plan activities and projects appropriately, taking into account possible changing circumstances to meet set deadlines
