IT Support Helpdesk Technician - Manchester We are hiring for an IT Support Engineer to work for an IT Helpdesk business. The role will be working with and supporting external clients with IT issues over the phone and via email with a variety of technical issues focused on the Microsoft platform. The ideal candidate will have 12 months experience within an IT support desk environment Have a thirst for IT and want to learn and develop their skills Have an excellent phone manner A great can do attitude The location of the office is Manchester, however, the role will have the flexibility to work from home 4 days a week. They all meet in the office one a week for a team day. A driving license would be preferred, but not essential. The salary is £26,000 to £28,000 Negotiable The company benefits are 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Full training with two hours free per week set aside for development Paid for IT exams as required
