We are working with a well-established and highly regarded legal practice to recruit an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer/Executive for its Middlesbrough office on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an important appointment within a busy and successful property team delivering high-quality residential conveyancing services across the local and wider regional market. You will manage a varied caseload of sale and purchase matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring a consistently high standard of service for clients and professional contacts. Key Responsibilities Manage residential conveyancing matters from initial client instruction through to post-completion and file closureTake clear and detailed instructions, providing practical, client-friendly advice throughout the transactionDraft, review and manage contracts, reports and correspondence in line with regulatory and internal proceduresEnsure accurate and timely billing and recovery of fees from clients and third partiesAssist with supervision and support of junior colleagues when requiredMaintain up-to-date technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing practice Essential Skills & Experience A minimum of 2+ years' experience in residential conveyancing at a similar level (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent)Strong technical expertise across freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues clearly and confidentlyStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and workload effectivelyA client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering an exceptional serviceProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Personal Attributes Positive, adaptable and self-motivatedHigh attention to detail and accuracyA collaborative team player who contributes positively to the wider departmentCommitted to developing and maintaining long-term client relationshipsCommercially aware with a proactive mindset Why Apply?
