Your Role as Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
* Support the smooth running of the nursery, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
* Foster professional relationships and report any concerns to management in line with company policy.
*Duties and responsibilities may evolve as needed to support our mission.
What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 2/3 childcare qualification - essential.
* Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable.
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
