Role: Pharmacovigilance Data Acquisition Lead
Location: Welwyn (Hybrid - 2 days office based)
Hours: Full-time, 12-month contract (inside IR35)
Pay: £43 - £46 per hour PAYE (excluding holiday pay) or £57.76 - £61.79 per hour Umbrella

The Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification
* Around 4 years' industry experience, ideally in areas related to pharmacovigilance
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, product development, and personalised healthcare environments
* Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels without direct authority
* Proven interpersonal skills and ability to build sustainable relationships
* Effective leadership and communication skills with experience contributing to strategy delivery
* Comfortable working across global, virtual, and matrix teams
* Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills in process-driven environments
* Demonstrated track record of sound decision-making and good business judgement
The Role:
* Lead on data acquisition activities, ensuring regulatory requirements and scientific insights are met
* Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective and compliant data collection and delivery
* Manage and oversee external vendors, ensuring work is compliant and effective
* Develop and monitor KPIs, performance measures, and data supply trends
* Address challenges from data suppliers, including digital data channels
* Provide consultation and expertise on data-related requirements across global functions
* Design and deliver new processes, frameworks, and training materials to support evolving data strategies
* Contribute to corrective and preventive action plans based on analysis, audits, or deviations
* Represent the organisation in internal and external forums, promoting data acquisition strategy and outcomes
* Support a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement
