MBBS Assessment and Student Records Manager
I am currently recruiting for a MBBS Assessment and Student Records Manager to join the Academic Registry/Student Administration team at a University based in SE England.
You’ll lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of MBBS assessments, including written exams, clinical competency assessments (OSCEs), and coursework. You’ll also ensure the accuracy and integrity of student records, supporting both operational delivery and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, scheduling and delivery of MBBS assessments
• Manage student records and ensure compliance with statutory reporting (e.g. HESA, GMC)
• Oversee exam boards and support external examiners
• Act as the central point of contact for assessment-related queries
Essential Criteria:
• Experience in higher education assessments
• Excellent organisational and data analysis skills
• Confidence managing stakeholders across academic and professional services
