What does the Deputy Manager role entail
Welcome to the heart of Kido, where passion, ambition, and people are at the core of everything we do. As a Deputy Manager you will be an ambassador for our values and a gatekeeper for our vibrant culture. You will support the planning and organisation of staffing schedules and holiday rotas, handle administrative procedures from registrations to place allocations, and assess and record children’s progress and achievements.
What we’re looking for
For the Deputy Manager role you’ll hold a relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum. You must be an experienced Room Leader, Third in Charge or a current Deputy Manager and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You must hold the right to work in the UK. If shortlisted you’ll be asked to provide details of all unspent convictions prior to interview, in line with our Safer Recruitment process, and we will also process an Enhanced DBS Criminal Record check for anyone who joins the team.
