Manufacturing Shift Manager | 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)

We’re working with a well-established manufacturing business seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead production teams on a rotating 4 on / 4 off pattern.
This role suits someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, setting standards, coaching the team (15 operators), and owning safety, quality, and output during their shift.
You’ll have responsibility for:
* Leading manufacturing teams safely and effectively
* Driving Health & Safety compliance and behaviours
* Ensuring quality standards are met right-first-time
* Delivering production targets and managing resources
* Developing Team Leaders and operators
Experience in a regulated or high-standards manufacturing environment is ideal.
