As an Emergency Response Officer, you’ll be the first to respond when residents call for help — providing reassurance, first aid, and practical support to keep people safe, calm, and cared for in their own homes.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Responding quickly to emergency call alerts
* Providing first aid and basic medical support
* Supporting residents in line with their individual needs
* Completing clear and accurate incident documentation
* Working closely with the Emergency Response Team
* Maintaining emergency equipment and readiness
* Delivering care with empathy, professionalism and respect
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
* Availability across a 7‑day casual roster (early & late shifts)
* Certificate III in Individual Support or Health Services Assistance
* Experience or exposure to emergency response, first aid or care environments
* Ability to stay calm, think clearly and act quickly under pressure
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Physical capability to respond to urgent situations
Role Requirements
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Satisfactory National Police Check
* Right to Work in Australia
* Driver’s Licence
