* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
* Oversee the month-end close and deliver timely, insightful financial reports.
* Partner with Sales, Commercial, and Marketing teams to provide clear financial analysis that supports decision-making.
* Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Provide strategic input through financial modelling and scenario planning to support senior leadership.
* Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends to proactively manage risks and opportunities.
* Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy across finance operations.
* Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth and compliant processes.
* Contribute to cross-functional projects, providing financial expertise to drive successful outcomes.
The right person for the role:
* Proven experience in senior finance roles within a dynamic, commercial environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
* Deep technical knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
* Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information in a clear and actionable way.
* Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable.
