This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, friendly and diverse administration team within Psychological Services, supporting the Eating Disorders Team which is a multi-disciplinary team within Stirling Health Care Village, and supporting other teams within the service when required. We have a strong focus on well-being and encourage others to develop themselves and the service they provide. We are seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Secretary. This is a varied job that will allow you to do clinical typing and provide administrative support to the staff in the service. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills and will work with minimum supervision and initiative to make delegated decisions. The post holder must have excellent keyboard skills, experience of common software packages, medical terminology, and an ability to prioritise work are also required. Experience in a healthcare environment and Trakcare (Patient Management System) knowledge is desirable. The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
