Job description The Administration Services Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success by establishing and leading a structured administrative function that supports the wider business. This role is responsible for streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of business activities. Working closely with the leadership team, the Administration Services Manager helps keep strategic priorities on track, manages resources effectively, and ensures clear coordination across departments. Profile What will you be doing? Administration Oversight Supervise daily business operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business performance. Create and maintain a high performing administration function which services the needs of the business. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team. Set clear goals and expectations; conduct performance evaluations. Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Executive team interaction Prepare agenda's for executive teams meetings Attend executive meetings to take notes / record actions Following the meeting, responsible for distributing notes / actions and monitoring completion. Also present at the monthly KPI meetings to again record actions / distribute. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences. Track progress on key initiatives and ensure timely execution. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders. Project & Program Management Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and special initiatives. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.
