Your new role
As a Job‑Running Architectural Technologist, you will take the lead on projects from RIBA Stages 3–6, coordinating design information, managing technical delivery, and ensuring smooth progression through construction.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Running multiple projects independently and managing day‑to‑day coordination
2. Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications and schedules
3. Liaising with clients, consultants, planning authorities and contractors
4. Ensuring fullpliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
5. Undertaking site inspections, resolving technical issues and monitoring progress
6. Supporting tender processes and producing construction‑ready information
7. Upholding the practice’s high standards for technical accuracy and client service

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
8. Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist with job‑running responsibility
9. Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability
10. Experience working onmercial and residential projects
11. Proficiency in Revit, used across the practice to support BIM‑based workflows
12. Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
13. Confidence liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
14. The ability to managepeting deadlines while maintaining high technical standards
