What you’ll be doing
• Supporting pupils with additional needs in and out of the classroom
• Working closely with teachers to keep learning accessible and engaging
• Delivering targeted interventions and 1:1 support
• Helping pupils build confidence, routines, and positive relationships
What we’re looking for
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working in schools, ideally within SEN
• A calm, patient approach and strong communication skills
• A real team player who’s happy to get stuck in
