About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Producer to take ownership of the planning, coordination and execution of VQFit’s end-to-end creative production pipeline across campaigns, ecommerce and social content.
This is a high-impact production role sitting between Creative and Brand, responsible not only for ensuring shoots run smoothly, but for actively shaping how content is planned, structured and delivered across the brand.
You will be responsible for translating creative direction into executable production plans, managing multiple simultaneous shoots and ensuring all creative output is delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.
A strong styling and commercial visual eye is essential. You will play a key role in shaping how product is presented to the Vanquish customer, influencing shot direction, outfit builds and on-set execution to ensure content is both visually elevated and commercially effective.
The role combines strong organisational skills with a creative mindset. You will support the planning and production of shoots, manage production logistics and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality creative assets across multiple channels. This role will also take ownership of production workflows, shoot planning frameworks, and creative coordination, and will be expected to proactively improve how production operates across the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Creative Production Leadership
* Own end-to-end production management for campaign, ecommerce and social shoots across the Vanquish brand.
* Translate creative direction into structured production plans, timelines and resourcing requirements.
* Manage multiple concurrent productions, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation across teams.
* Act as the central production lead between Product, Brand and external suppliers.
* Anticipate production risks early and implement solutions to maintain delivery timelines and quality standards.
Shoot Planning & Execution
* Lead pre-production planning including locations, casting coordination, crew booking, equipment and logistics.
* Produce detailed production documentation including call sheets, schedules, run orders and contingency plans.
* Oversee all on-set activity, ensuring shoots are delivered efficiently, on brief and to a high creative standard.
* Manage budgets and production spend in alignment with project scope and campaign requirements.
* Ensure all required samples, props and assets are prepared and accounted for ahead of production days.
Styling, Visual Direction & Creative Input
* Contribute meaningfully to shot list development and visual direction with a strong understanding of the Vanquish customer.
* Take ownership of outfit planning and product styling coordination across campaigns and ecommerce shoots.
* Collaborate closely with Product and Brand teams to refine how product is visually communicated.
* Ensure content captures key product details (fit, fabric, performance, silhouette) in a commercially effective way.
* Actively identify visual trends across fitness, fashion and social media to inform production output.
Social & Content Production
* Oversee capture of social-first content during shoots including BTS, short-form video and reactive content.
* Ensure all productions generate a full suite of multi-channel assets (campaign, ecommerce, paid social, organic social).
* Work with Brand to ensure content aligns with channel-specific performance requirements.
* Depending on experience, contribute to ideation of social content concepts and creative formats.
Creative Asset & Workflow Management
* Own organisation and delivery of all creative assets across internal teams (Brand, Ecommerce, Social, Paid).
* Manage post-production workflows including editing coordination, selection processes and delivery timelines.Maintain structured and scalable asset libraries ensuring content is easily accessible and correctly archived.
* Implement or improve production systems and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
Campaign Ownership Support
* Partner with Brand team to deliver campaign rollouts from concept through to execution.
* Ensure all required creative outputs for product launches are planned, captured and delivered in full.
* Support alignment between creative output and wider commercial objectives across product and brand initiatives.
About You
* 3–6 years’ experience in creative production, content production, or creative project management (fashion, fitness or DTC brand experience strongly preferred).
* Proven experience leading or heavily owning photo/video production processes from pre-production through to delivery.
* Strong understanding of production workflows, timelines, resourcing and multi-shoot coordination.
* Highly developed visual and commercial styling eye with a strong understanding of product-led storytelling.
* Confident contributor to creative discussions with the ability to challenge direction where needed.
* Strong understanding of social-first content, particularly Instagram and TikTok formats and behaviours.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities at pace.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Brand and external production partners.
* Experience in performance apparel, fitness, or fashion-led e-commerce brands is highly advantageous.
* Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* An interest and/or experience working within a similar fitness brand would be highly advantageous.
