What You’ll Do as a Flights & Ops Coordinator:
* Manage flight bookings, ticketing, and schedule changes.
* Handle client requests for extras like upgrades and add-ons.
* Produce accurate travel documents and liaise with suppliers.
* Communicate with clients, airport reps, and leaders to ensure smooth tour operations.
* Assist with reports, manifests, and cost-effective planning.
What We’re Looking for as a Flights & Ops Coordinator:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of airline pricing and GDS (preferred but not essential).
* IT proficiency and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Previous travel industry experience (preferred but not required).
