Role Summary
As a Senior Support Worker you will work with senior management to assess support needs and collaborate with staff and clients to develop and implement new ideas and methods that improve the quality of service. The role requires empathy, active listening, and the ability to treat all individuals with respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior management in assessing and planning support for clients.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to create and refine care approaches.
- Promote respect, kindness, and honesty in all interactions.
- Support the continuous improvement of service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Support adults with learning disabilities.
- Minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care, or working towards this qualification.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
