Duties & Responsibilities
* The CPE actively participates in onboarding and orientation for nursing and healthcare staff, including developing, managing, facilitating, and evaluating programs.
* Designs and delivers professional practice and quality care within the Theatre department.
* Promotes and integrates evidence-based practice (EBP) to improve clinical practice; encourages research, EBP, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Collaborates with partners and stakeholders to share experience in planning and decision-making.
* Analyzes departmental results to identify opportunities for improving patient satisfaction and experience.
* Supports strategic planning and business development in clinical education, including adopting new technologies to enhance service differentiation and growth.
What You’ll Bring
* Current Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse with HCPC/NMC registration.
* Demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.
* At least 3 years of experience in clinical education and nursing within a Theatre setting in an acute hospital.
* Flexibility to work across sites in the North West and occasional travel to London.
