The school is seeking a passionate team player for this short-term role, with potential for it to become a long-term position for the right candidate. The successful Learning Support Assistant / LSA will bring new skills to the role, be keen to develop their abilities to meet individual needs, and positively impact the wider school community.
The position involves working with students across Key Stages 3 and 4. A proactive thinker confident in managing situations is essential.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience working with children in a school setting
* Experience working with students in Key Stages 3 and 4
* Level 2 or 3 CACHE qualification or equivalent (desirable)
* Excellent time management skills
