About the Role
Are you ready to lead with passion and creativity? Join us at our Bognor Regis Resort as a Venue Manager in our Buffets department! In this exciting role, you’ll play a crucial part in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
As a Venue Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. You’ll oversee breakfast and dinner service in our self-service restaurants, making sure that every meal is a delightful experience.
We’re looking for someone who loves developing people and is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll nurture, train, and coach your team in a fun-filled environment, driving standards and leading your team to excellence while adhering to our brand values.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll thrive in a bustling atmosphere, maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness while ensuring that our guests are always your top priority.
In this role, you’ll:
* Drive consistent brand standards while being guest-obsessed.
* Analyze KPIs and facilitate team training.
* Adhere to food safety and health & safety policies.
* Inspire your team to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests.
No two days will be the same at Butlin’s! You’ll need to think on your feet, get involved, and ensure that our guest experience is always your number one priority. Typical working hours cover 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with a variety of shifts between 7 AM - 9 PM, including weekends, bank holidays, and Christmas.
About You
We’re looking for a dynamic individual with prior experience in a volume catering and/or food environment. You should have a strong background in guest relations, adept at handling a range of queries and complaints with grace.
Your passion for leading and developing a team is essential. You’ll support your team through regular one-on-ones and coaching sessions, ensuring that delivering an amazing guest experience is at the forefront of everything you do.
Key qualifications include:
* Experience managing rotas based on fluctuating guest volumes.
* Ability to work with a multi-skilled team to meet guest demand.
* Proven track record of leading teams to success, including performance management and coaching.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
