We’re recruiting for a high-performing Market Street Manager to help our business continue to grow and succeed.

Our Fresh Food Managers take pride in the availability of our products, always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do and delivering exceptional customer service by listening and responding to our customers’ needs.
Reporting into the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and empowering colleagues to always prioritize the customer and deliver outstanding service
* Listening to and responding to customer feedback, reacting accordingly
* Ensuring market-leading product availability across the store
* Collaborating with other managers to lead a supportive and performance-driven department
* Managing all people routines, including scheduling, absence, performance, and talent development
* Delivering training to ensure the team has the capability and confidence to perform their roles
* Enabling colleagues to work confidently across various departments
* Identifying and developing talent within the department
* Building effective relationships with other operational departments
* Leading colleagues to work with purpose and deliver outstanding performance against targets
* Taking a leadership role within the store
* Planning resources thoroughly
About you
Whether you have previous experience in retail, hospitality, the service industry, or travel & tourism, if you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
