The Role You'll manage a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising both employers and individuals on: Contracts, policies, and day-to-day HR issues Disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring matters TUPE transfers and change management projects Discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claims Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation Executive exits and settlement negotiations You'll work closely with senior colleagues across the firm, contributing to client development initiatives, while mentoring junior lawyers and shaping best practice in a growing, forward-looking team.
