Job Description:
We are partnered with a leading organisation looking for an experienced property Asset Management Lawyer (8+ PQE) to join their specialist Managed Legal Services team.

With managed legal services becoming an increasingly dominant part of the legal landscape, this is an excellent time to establish yourself in a team that is scaling at pace.
The role:
* Lead on complex asset management matters (leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, consents etc.)
* Advise on risk and compliance issues affecting large property portfolios
* Build strong client relationships, ensuring commercial and legal alignment
* Supervise, mentor and develop a team of legal professionals
* Work with colleagues across Property and Managed Legal Services to deliver outstanding client service
Requirements:
* Qualified lawyer, 8+ years’ PQE in English Law
* Strong background in asset management (commercial acquisitions/plot sales desirable but not essential)
* Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills
* Experience working with complex portfolios or large client accounts
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using legal technology for efficiency and reporting
? Based in Birmingham or Leeds. Hybrid working available (3 days in office.)
