The Role Deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons up to GCSE level. Motivate and inspire learners who may have previously disengaged from education. Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs and abilities of each student. Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom where students feel empowered to succeed. Collaborate with staff, families, and external professionals to support both academic and personal growth. Requirements: A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience teaching Food Technology up to GCSE. Skilled at delivering hands-on, practical learning experiences that build real-world skills. Patient, resilient, and passionate about helping students with SEMH needs reach their potential.
